The Acne Kiyokata Treatment Of Women With Clinical Observation Of Acne Vulgaris

Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Cuochuangqing Soap treating female acne vulgaris(FAV) patient ,objectively evaluate the level of sexual hormone in FVA and the effect of Cuochuangqing Soap to sexual hormone.Methods: 75 FVA patients were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in treating group, 35 cases in control group .Respectively used Cuochuangqing Soap and Retinamido-ester Capsule. To investigate the serum level of Testosterone (T) and Estradiol (E2) in 2 groups .Contrasting the clinical effect and the T, E₂ level before and after treatment in treating and control groups .Result: the total effective ratio respectively is 90%, 74.29%in two groups (p<0.01). In treating group the serum T level remarkably decreased (p<0.01) and T/ E₂ after treatment, while E₂ no remarkable change. In control group , there were no remarkable change of serum T, E₂ level (p>0.05) after treatment.Conclusion: there was certain clinical effect of Cuochuangqing Soap treating FVA. It can decrease serum T, T/ E₂ level and have little side-effect.
