Alcoholic liver disease is a common concern to all countries in the world of health problems,changes in the way of life in our country as the people's diet structure,as well as the increase in aging population,alcohol-induced liver disease incidence is increasing.Alcoholic fatty liver alcoholic liver disease is the early pathological changes,which caused by alcohol is the most common disease of the liver.Therefore,domestic and foreign scholars on alcoholic fatty liver carried out more extensive research.Currently the pathogenesis of alcoholic liver disease depends largely on the animal experiments.As the cornerstone of the animal model,stability, repeatability and the simulation of human disease of the animal experiments is the key to success.Based on the characteristics of rat,the dringking habits of human and the specific experimental conditions,we have analysised the way of modeling the past academic strengths and weaknesses,investigated the two ways in modeling of alcohol on rats fatty liver model of mold into the impact of alcoholic liver disease to explore the best model.Empetrum nigrum,L.var.japonicum K.Koch is classified as Empetrum.There is only one variant in China,distribute in Daxinganling in the northern part of China's forest areas.It is a national plant protection.As a rare medicinal plant,Empetrum may help digestion or refreshing by drink their tender branches.It also can prevent and treatment of alcohol-induced liver disease in addition and has a good effect.In order to separate the active substances and clarify the role of prevention and treatment of alcoholic liver disease,we studied the basic research of Empetrum nigrum L.var.japonicum K.Koch.This experiment has a certain practical significance for developing natural medicine of alcoholic liver disease prevention and treatment.
