Objective,To observe the clinical efficacy that patients treated with nape,scalp, tongue acupuncture who were suffering from pseudobulbar palsy after cerebral infarction,in order to provide an objective basis for clinical application.Methods,The study involved 60 cases of pseudobulbar patients who were divided into joint-acupuncture group and control group,there were 30 cases in each group.The two groups would base on the normal treatment with drugs,and the joint-acupuncture group would add the nape,scalp,tongue acupuncture treatment,and the control group would add mainly the traditional neck acupuncture treatment.Patients acupuncture 2 times every day and there was one day break after 6 days treatment,then another round of treatment will begin. After four rounds of treatment,we compared the swallowing capability and speech capability between the groups.Results,After treatment of the two groups,we compared the patients' swallowing capability and speech capability with pre-treatment and post-treatment,the differences were both significant(p<0.05).And the treatment efficacy of the joint-acupuncture group was obviously better than that of the control group.Conclusion,Treatment with nape,scalp,tongue acupuncture and normal drugs in patients suffering from pseudobulbar palsy,can significantly improve the capability classification of swallowing and speech.
