Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical effect of "penetrating swallowing acupuncture" on dysphagia in patients with pseudobulbar palsy after stroke, compared with traditional acupuncture methods to verify its effectiveness, and explored its mechanism and practicability,in order to explore an economic, effective, safe and easy to promote treatment method.Method:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and had abnormal pharyngeal manifestations during the evaluation of swallowing angiography, such as abnormal initiation of swallowing reflex, aspiration during swallowing, insufficient elevation of thyroid cartilage, food retention or residue in the valley of epiglottis pyriform sinus/posterior pharyngeal wall, palatopharyngeal reflux, etc. The patients were divided into two groups by random number method: the treatment group by thorough needling and swallowing needling and the control group by ordinary needling. Each group included 30 patients. The patients were treated by acupuncture once a day,six times a week and seven days a course of treatment.During each course of treatment, they had a rest of one day and continued treatment totally 4 cases.Course of treatment. To collect and compare the difference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment, the scores of drinking water injection test, the measurement of epiglottic movement time after swallowing angiography and the functional oral intake scale, and to evaluate the safety of the two groups of patients respectively. The above data were analyzed by statistical methods.Line analysis and processing.Result:1.After 4 treatments in the treatment group of the puncturing swallowing needle and the normal acupuncture control group, the two groups were compared with the Putian drinking water test rating and the swallowing angiography to measure the maximum mobility of the hyoid bone before and after treatment(Hm).),Functional Oral Intake Scal(FOIS),and efficacy measures were all improved, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Compared with the common acupuncture control group, the sputum acupuncture treatment group treated with the Putian drinking water test rating, swallowing angiography to measure the maximum mobility of the hyoid bone(Hm),and the oral Oral Intake Scal(FOIS).The curative effect was significantly improved. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the difference was not found in the safety assessment between the transpedicular acupuncture treatment group and the common acupuncture control group.Statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment group of throughput needling and swallowing needling and the control group of common needling are conducive to the recovery of swallowing function of dysphagia in the pharynx of pseudobulbar palsy after apoplexy.and the safety evaluation shows that the needling method is safe and reliable, and can be popularized in clinic.2.The treatment of dysphagia in the pharynx of pseudobulbar palsy after apoplexy with throat-piercing swallowing needle is faster and more effective than that of the control group,...
