| Objective:To verify the clinical efficacy and von Willebrand Fator (vWF) levels of Huxin capsule with low-dose amiodarone for non-valvular heart disease with atrial fibrillation with heart failure,and to explore its mechanism of action,to promote their clinical application.Methods:48 cases patients of non-valvular heart disease with atrial fibrillation with cardiac function 1～3 were random to divided into control group(n=24) and treatment group(n=24).The control group were given oral amiodarone,while the treatment group were given oral amiodarone and Huxin capsule,to observe the conversion of the atrial fibrillation and ventricular rate control after three months,and to observe the changes of the vWF。Result:Heart rate of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased.some patients were able to maintain sinus rhythm,the total efficiency of the treatment group were higher than the control group.The serum yon Willebrand Factor(vWF) levels of the two group before and after administration were significantly different(p＜0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Huxin capsule with low-dose amiodarone treat atrial fibrillation with heart failure was better than simply amiodarone,can significantly reduce the level of von Willebrand Factor to prevent platelet adhesion gathered,and prevent thrombosis. |
