Clinical Research On QingreHuoxue In Patients With Essential Hypertension Due To Stagnated Blood-heat Syndrome

Objective:Clinical observation on QingHuojiangyaTang from treatment of Qingre-huoxue in patients with essential Hypertension due to stagnated blood-heat syndrome.and by detecting platelet activation in patients with hypertension and prothrombotic state to explore the possible antihypertensive medicine mechanism for high blood pressure related to traditional Chinese medicine the treatment of syndromes has provided a new way.Methods:We have a randomized controlled treatment study of sixty patients with.hypertension according to a random number table is divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(A),western medicine group(B).Above all,40 cases of healthy people was selected as control group,testing of the target is blood pressure and a sories of molecular markers,von Willebrand factor(vWF),granulemembrane Peotein(GMP-140), GPⅡb /Ⅲa,fibrinogen(Fg),prothrombin fragment F1+2,anti-thrombin(AT),tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI-1),hemorheology were measured in 110 EH patients,and the relationship between PTS and the clinical score of blood-stasis syndrome was analyzed.Results:1,Syndrome,symptom score compared to assess efficacy of individual symptoms showed that the Chinese medicine group were more effective than western medicine group.2,lower blood pressure up,Chinese medicine and western medicine group demonstrated the superiority of the same group.3,Chinese medicine treatment after GMP-140,vWF,GPⅡb /Ⅲ,AngⅡa significant improvement.4,each group before treatment IMT,ET,GMP-140,NO,vWF,and the comparison of plasma levels of molecular markers PTS changes:a target in patients with EH group compared with the control group,there was no significant difference(p＞0.05);2 EH group compared with the control group patients,plasma vWF,GMP-140,Fg,F1 +2 concentration,PAI-1 activity,blood viscosity were significantly higher in normal control group,while AT,t-PA activity were significantly decreased(p＜0.05);EH Blood Phlegm hot target card group with the normal control group,a target in patients with EH group,the difference was significant(p＜0.01);with the two indicators in patients with EH group compared with no significant difference(p＞0.05);EH Phlegm hot non-blood group and a certificate EH group,normal control group,vWF,GMP-140,AT activity,F1+2 target has significant difference(p＜0.05);Fg,t-PA activity,PAI-1 activity,whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity,there was no significant difference(p＞0.05).Plasma levels of vWF,GMP-140,Fg,F1+2,PAI-1 activity and blood viscosity were significantly higher,but AT and t-PA activity in EH and SBSS groups were obviously lower than those of controls(P＜0.01).PTS markers had more obvious changes with blob pressure increased.Plasma levels of vWF,GMP-140,F1+2,AT were higher in without blood-stasis syndrome group,but Fg,t-PA,PAI-1 activity and blood viscosity were not changed.Plasma levels of vWF,ET,GMP-140,NO were significantly higher,but level of NO in EH group was obviously lower than those of controls(p＜0.05).Plasma levels of vWF,ET,GMP-140,were obviously higher(p＜0.05),but level of NO in EH group was not lower than those of controls(p＞0.05) Conelusion:1,the pathogenesis of hypertensi is due to in particular stagnated blood-heat of early critical.Qingre Huoxue should be the main rule in complemented by the liver and kidney tonic.2,platelet activation involved in impaired endothelial function in the pathophysiological process and the occurrence and development of high blood pressure plays an important role,therefore, high blood pressure has been in existence for early platelet activation and endothelial injury situation.3,Chinese medicine in the treatment of stagnated blood-heated hypertension in each node can be improved in patients with platelet activation status in vivo.
