Objective:To observe the changing of platelet activity marker(CD62P) and the serum level of fibrinogen(Fg) in patients with hypertension, and assess its clinic significance of markers changing in the happening of thrombotic disease. Methods:The platelet activity marker (CD62P) were measured by flow cytometry in 60 patients with hypertension(HT), including(HT)grade 1(n=18),(HT)grade 2(n=18),(HT)grade 3(n=24) and 20 cases of healthy control. The serum level of fibrinogen were measured at the same time. The comparison of the value changing among the four groups was conducted. Results:①The expression value of CD62P on the surface of platelet membrane in hypertension group was(2.33±1.48)% which was significantly increased comparing with control group(1.06±0.83)%(P<0.01) and the plasma levels of Fg (3.5±0.92)g/L was higher than control group(2.85±0.6g/L) (P<0.01)。②The expression value of CD62P on the surface of platelet membrane and the plasma levels of Fg in hypertension groups with grade 2,3 were(2.58±0.72 ,3.76±1.48)% and(3.36±0.68, 3.8±1.15)g/L respectively which were significantly increased comparing with the groups of control and hypertension grade 1(1.06±0.83%,2.85±0.6g/L P<0.05),(1.57±0.71%,3.16±0.58g/L P<0.05)respectively。③The plasma levels of Fg in hypertension with higher risk group and highest risk group(3.71±1.09g/L)were significantly increased comparing with control group (2.85±0.6g/L)and low risk group (3.05±0.58g/L)(P<0.01);There were no significant difference among the groups of patients with higher risk,highest risk group and risk group。The plasma levels of Fg in hypertension with risk group was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference between the patients with risk and control group。④The expression value of CD62P on the surface of platelet membrane in hypertension with higher risk,highest risk are(3.45±1.47)% and (2.33±0.73)%respectively which are significantly increased comparing with the two groups of the low risk group(1.44±0.66)% and the control(1.06±0.83)% respectively(P<0.01).There is no significantly increased between low risk group(1.44±0.66)% and control(1.06±0.83)%,(P=0.343). ⑤The CD62P level has a positive correlation with blood pressure level (DBP:r=0.43,P=0.006) Conclusion : There is increased markers of prothrombotic state in the groups of grade 2 , 3 hypertension which relates to the levels of blood pressure and risk factors. It may be the pathogenesis of complication such as ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. The molecular markers for activated platelets were measured in our experimental which is of great importance for the antiplatelet therapy in hypertensive patients.
