Objective On the basis of the theory of endocritic axis of hypothalamuls -pituitary-adrenal,the animal models of hypoadrenia have been built.The influence on the bone by the hypoadrenia and suppling cortical hormone,and the biomechanical experiments have been studied.Methods The rats were devided into five groups:9 rats were in normal controlled group,which has the normal rats not taken operation;7 rats were in the operating group which were taken subtotal adreanalectomy and normal feeding for 2 weeeks;the rats were treated by different dose glucocorticoid after operation,the group were divided into large,normal and small group,each group has 8 rats,and all treated by glucocorticoid 4 weeks in different dose.Before the operation all the 40 rats were taken the venous blood to make the normal controlled target,the31 rats were taken venous blood before the treating by glucocorticoid to make the operated target;the glucocorticoid treated groups were taken venous blood after treating by glucocorticoid 4 weeks to make serum target,the sixth group is the ovariectomized group.SD rats have been chosen and the subtotal adreanalectomy has been performed.Then the pathological model of rat has been obtained with hypoadrenia and the treatments of different doses have been done and the impact on the bone of rats has been studied.Results The hypoadrenia have been found on the rats after the operation.The targets of the hormone treatments of small doses show recovery while the tatgets of the hormone treatments of large doses show no change.The biomechanical experiments show that the comprehensive targets of mechanics have decreased.The result suggests the experiment group's bending reflex data declined.Bending iron index declined,bending stress index added;the mice without ovarian's bending reflex data declined,bending stress index declined.The GIO compared with the classical model,suggest the bending reflex and bending stress index declined,the same is the bone stress's decline of Ca losing,but the bending reflex declined in no-ovarian mice. The mice without ovarian shows a lot of Ca losing,the same time the bone fibra loss, resulting bone stress decline.The comparision suggest fractures are is bending reflex data declined,bending stress index declined,but the bending stress index is upgrade.Conclusionsâ‘ The change of adrenal function follows the change of the osteometabolism.The change in osteomorphokinetics occurs earlier than the change in biomechanics,â‘¡The new model induces osteoporosis.â‘¢There are double functions in the glucocorticoid.One is that the small doses of hormone benefit the restoration of bone and the other is that the large doses of hormone damage the bone.â‘£The change in the biomechanics of hypoadrenia induced osteoporosis is the decrease of comprehensive mechanics.
