Objective:To analyze the differences of vessel tortuosity in the poster fundus of high myopia,and investigate the changes of vessel tortuosity of the high myopia vessels. To analyze the difference of bifurcate angle in the high myopia's retinal artery and vein quadrant by quadrant,and investigate the relationship between the changes of axis oculi and the force of the retinal blood vessels.To evaluate the results of the silicon oil as the first tamponades treating macular hole retinal detachment in high myopia and analyze its cause,provide reference for the optimization clinical management.Methods:We collected the FFA results of 52 eyes of 32 high myopia patients and 26 eyes of 20 normal people.We measured the vessel tortuosity of fundus by the software self-maked,analyzed the outcomes by independent sample t test,seemed P<0.05 as having significant differences.We collected 50 eyes of 28 high myopia patients and 35 eyes of 19 normal people.We measured the bifurcate angle of four quadrants respectively by the Potoshop7.0,analyzed the outcomes by two-independent sample test,seemed P<0.05 as having significant differences.The records of 85 eyes of 85 macular hole retinal detachment patients in the retinal detachment department of this hospital silicone oil tamponades surgery were reviewed retrospectively.Results:The vessel tortuosity of OM and artery in high myopia fundus decreased,there were significant differences(P<0.05.).The vessel tortuosity of vein in high myopia fundus did not change much compared to the normal',the differences was not significant(P>0.05).The normal people's bifurcate angle of superior nasal and inferior nasal was(77.66±14.12)°,(85.86±16.45)°,the high myopia patients' was (66.17±14.04)°,(61.20±11.02)°respectively,there were significant differences (PSN=0-02,PIN=0.03).The normal people's bifurcate angle of superior temporal and inferior temporal was(77.66±14.12)°,(85.86±16.45)°,the high myopia patients' was(66.17±14.04)°,(61.20±11.02)°respectively,there were significant differences (PST=0.00,PIT=0.04).There was significant correlation between the achievement ratio for initial operation and the course of the disease(odds ratio,0.49,P=0.028), the difference of the final follow-up vision between the initial successful and failure patients was significant.Conclusion:The high myopia patients' retina extends as the axis oculi elongating,and the vessel tortuosity changes according to the force.The degree of vessel tortuosity changes in high myopia is different between the retinal OM,artery and vein.The vessel tortuosity of OM and artery is significant,while that of vein is not.The high myopia patients' retina extends and the blood vessels changes as the axis oculi elongating.The changes are different between the retinal artery and vein under the force.Maybe the elasticity limitation of the retinal artery is more obvious;the inflexion deformation of the retinal vein is more obvious.The successful rate of the initial operation impact obviously on the best final follow-up vision,silicon oil which has the feature of prolonged action and stabilization may relief other agents that vitrectomy can't solve in high myopia,then raise the successful rate of our sugary and make the patients' follow-up vision better.
