Present Condition Analysis Of Vitrectomy For Retinal Detachment Associated With Myopic Macular Holes

Objective: Analysis of macular hole retinal detachment in high myopiapatients underwent vitrectomy were filled with C3F8or silicone oil tamponade,filling C3F8or silicone oil tamponade reference, the factors affect reset retinaland macular hole closed.Method: In our hospital from2011January to2013December betweenages55to75years old (diopter≥-6D and eye axis≥28mm) in64patients(64eyes). Male8cases (8eyes), female56cases (56eyes); Left and right eye:right eye38cases (38eyes), left eye26cases (26eyes); age:55-75years old,average age:57.5±8.41years old. Anatomical structure of retinal completely,by single factor analysis and multivariate regression analysis, including age,sex, duration of symptoms, diopter, internal limiting membrane peeling,silicone oil filling time, choose C3F8filling or silicone oil tamponade aftervitrectomy, build the evaluation variables, postoperative retinal reposition andmacular hole closed.Result: Collecting64cases, mean age:57.5±8.41years old;Theaverage diopter:14.60±4.80;32eyes intraocular C3F8filling, an anatomicalcure30eyes after the surgery, reduction rate of93.75%;32intraocular siliconeoil tamponade eyes, an anatomical cure29eyes after the surgery, reset rate is90.63%, total reduction rate was92.19%(P=0.667);Age with high myopiamacula hole retinal detachment long-acting correlated with C3F8gas fillingtreatment success (every increase1year: the odds ratio,1.049;95%confidenceinterval,1.002to1.099; P=0.04; C3F8fill, odds ratio,10.73;95%confidenceinterval,1.08to106.29; P=0.04).The average oil time8.9±5.1months.Conclusion:1. High myopia macula hole retinal detachment choosingvitreous resection GT filling or silicone oil tamponade according to oneself circumstance and eye ground disease in patients with macular white holechoose silicone oil filling;2. As we age after vitreous from completely gradually,choose high myopia macula hole retinal detachment C3F8gas filling,prognostic effect is very ideal.3. By OCT examination can determine thepathological changes of high myopia macular area, as reference in vitrectomysilicone oil out.4. Vitrectomy were filled with silicon oil without silicone oilemulsion to extend the time of silicone oil tamponade in the eye, once appear,silicone oil emulsification timely remove silicone oil.
