The biogenetic formation of mineralized tissues such as enamel is a complex multi-step process including elements or compounds such as potassium, calcium, or phosphate and leading from precursor soft tissue, formed by extracellular matrix proteins (mainly collagen type I), to a mineralized tissue, mainly composed by hydroxyl apatite and some residues of the organic extracellular matrix. As adult tooth enamel is not living tissue, it hardly can remineralize after the substantial mineral loss. Many in vitro methods has been developed to produce the artificial enamel lesions for the use in de- or remineratization studies, which include the acidified gels, buffered solutions, exposure to acid vapor, or incubation with natural plaque. At present, the dental prosthesis and between the microleakage, dentin hypersensitivity, early prevention and treatment of dental caries are oral clinical problems that need to be solved. In this study, the molecular principles of biomimetic synthesis technology, it is envisaged that the surface of the tooth tissue to build a bio-mineralization of organic template, keep fluids intake of calcium and phosphorus ions, inducing the formation of apatite to dental tissue mineralization biomimetic surface. Remineralization prosthesis material and plug the gap between teeth, in order to prevent marginal microleakage prosthesis to establish a physical barrier, blocking the dentinal tubules, dentin hypersensitivity can reap long-term effect of treatment, as well as early caries remineralization to repair the damage and will resolve these issues clinically to provide a new theoretical basis and new therapeutic approaches. Objective:In order to provide the basis of research on dental organizations bionicmineralization, we studied phosphate ions dental adhesive agent in simulated body fluid and its function of intaking calcium and phosphorus from plasma to induce the formation of hydroxyapatite crystals based on the principles of biomineralization. Methods:Selecting the slides with dentin adhesive agent as the carriers of bonding agent, we incubated them in 37℃SBF for seven days after the light-cure.After drying treatment, the surface product in the slide with visual inspection, determine the elements and nature of the product by X-ray diffraction (XRD), observe the characteristic peak of the product using Fourier transforminfrared spectroscopy (FTIR)and observe the morphological character of the product with scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results:1.The visual observationAfter put the slide in 37℃SBF for three days, the surface of the slide arise some white materials compare with the unmineralized slide. The white materials in the slide arise more and more quikly for a long time. We can observed that surface of the slide was almost covered with white substance layers after 7 days immersion.2. X-ray diffraction on the surface of mineralized materialThe measurement of white substances by means of X-ray diffraction, revealed that their main component was hydroxyapatite. the dentin adhesive agent can intake calcium and phosphorus from the SBF, then generation apatite is induced.3. The atlas analysis on white substances with FTIR spectrometerObserve the characteristic peak of the product using Fourier transforminfrared spectroscopy, revealed that their main component was hydroxyapatite. the dentin adhesive agent can intake calcium and phosphorus from the SBF, then generation apatite is induced.4. Observe the morphological character of the product with scanning electron microscopyObserve the white materials compare using SEM,revealed that their main component was hydroxyapatite. the dentin adhesive agent can intake calcium and phosphorus from the SBF, then generation apatite is induced. Conclusion:To sum up the dentin adhesive agent can intake calcium and phosphorus from the SBF, then generation apatite is induced.
