The Research And Application On Standardized Terminology Of Chinese Medicine Attending Information

Purpose: Most of Chinese medicine data are literatures-oriented information, but due to geography, time, the editors' recognization and statements used are different, different inconsistencies of a same concept becomes a prevalence situation, which set up many obstacles to the project,which Institute Technology of Fujian Province focus on ( ID: 2006Y0016),"Chinese Medicine Information System" with the full use of the data. Therefore, unifying and regulating the original data of "Chinese Medicine Information System" has become an urgent need problem to address. Based on this, carried out this study research and application on standardized terminology of Chinese medicine Main symptom information of "Chinese Medicine Information System" Chinese medicine main symptom Information relating to these three aspects as disease, syndromes, signs and symptoms. But names of Diseases currently is experiencing the embarrassment of cancel,which may be direct related to the defects theoretical system of TCM Diseases and the uncertainty standard of TCM diagnosis. In addition, the standards of TCM Syndrome contains basic terminology involved, that is, Proves the element,only more than 60,in order to narrow the scope of terminology to simplify the study,and address the question of terminology Compatible, the study only standardized terminology on Proves the element and symptoms of Chinese medicine Main symptom information.Methods: By the literature research, this study separately select《Zheng Su Bian Zheng Xue》,《Chang Jian Zheng Zhuang Zhong Yi Jian Bie Zhen Duan Xue》and《Zhong Yi Lin Chuang Zhen Liao Shu Yu—Zheng Hou Bu Fen》,which contained Proves the element terminology in the data source,and《Zhong Yi Lin Chuang Chang Jian Zheng Zhuang Shu Yu Gui Fan》,《Chang Jian Zheng Zhuang Zhong Yi Jian Bie Zhen Duan Xue》and《Zhong Yi Lin Chuang Zhen Liao Shu Yu—Zheng Hou Bu Fen/Ji Bing Bu Fen》,which contained symptoms terminology in the data source,to design field and build "Proves the element system database" and "Symptoms terminology system database" by Frequency Statistics, Data Preprocessing, Concept hierarchy and Expert advice.Results: Throught data preprocessing technology such as data transformation,data integration,synonymous treatment and concept' level treatment, on the original data, to improve their semantic relations of the two terms systems. Finally, standardized the Chinese medicine main symptom informations of《Yao Dian 2005》, experimental results showed that: the use of the two terms into the Treasury system as background, there is respectively 96 percent and 97.3 percent records of《Yao Dian 2005》has been automatically matched, Automatically match "Proves the element system database" out of the total after artificial error correction is 54.4 percent, Automatically match "Symptoms system database" out of the total after artificial error correction is 54.4 percent.Conclusion:This research using data pre-processing technology, and selection authority terminology data source, to establish standard "Proves the element system database" and "Symptoms system database", and carry out a standardized application on the main symptom information of《Yao Dian 2005》, finally experimental results show very good that data pre-processing technology can be very well used in standarding Chinese medicine main symptom information, and generated a scientific and reliable Chinese medicine main symptom data, to provide scientific and authoritative data for the latter data analysis and mining.
