Clinical Research On Hepatochlic Hygropyrexia Of Chronic B Hepatitis Treated By Expelling Heat-Dehygrosis Recipe

BACKGROUNDS:Chronic B hepatitis is the common infectious disease. It not only hurt the patient,but also brings harm to the society.There are many hepatitis B patients in Malaysian,who occupy the total population 5%.At present modern medicine doesn't have any special treatment to deal with this disease.However,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) have particular advantage to prevent and cure chronic B hepatitis.OBJECTIVE:Discussing the cure effect and mechanism of expel heat-dehygrosis recipe through observing clinical curative effect on hepatochlic hygropyrexia of chronic B hepatitis treated by this recipe. So as to make a base for extending the method of treating chronic B hepatic by TCM in Malaysian.METHODS:60 patients of hepatochlic hygropyrexia of chronic B hepatitis were collected,who were divided into tow groups,including the expel heat-dehygrosis recipe(ER) group and the Yexiazhu capsule(YC) group.Each group had 30 cases.The two groups were treated by expel heat-dehygrosis recipe and Yexiazhu capsule differently.The period of treatment were 3 months.ALP,GGT,AST,ALT and AST/ALTD were detected,before and after the treatment.The integral of TCM disease and effect rate were calculated.RESULT:There were deep difference between the ER group and the YC group in GGT,AST,ALT and the integral of TCM disease after the treatment(P＜0.01).The obvious effect rate of the ER group was 66.67%,and the total effect rate was 96.67%.The obvious effect rate of the YC group was 36.67%,and the total effect rate was 76.67%.The effect of two groups was different(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION:Both expel heat-dehygrosis recipe and Yexiazhu capsule had credible effect to treat hepatochlic hygropyrexia of chronic B hepatitis patients.Seen from each data,heat-dehygrosis recipe was better than Yexiazhu capsule on curative effect.
