Clinical Research Of Curative Effect On Knee Osteoarthritis With Cold And Dampness Syndromes Treated By Traditional Chinese Medicine TAZI Therapy

Objective: The treatment of OA with traditional Chinese medicine TAZI therapy has been used in rheumatology department of our hospital for many years,with definite curative effect,but there is no systematic quality control.In this study,the clinical efficacy and safety of the most common type of OA,KOA(cold-dampness arthralgia syndrome),treated by traditional Chinese medicine TAZI therapy were observed,compared with the control group and analyzed.In order to find a safe and effective treatment for osteoarthritis patients.Methods: This study was carried out in the Department of Rheumatology,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All cases were selected into the group strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.A total of 72 cases that met the criteria were included.They were randomly divided into observation and control groups according to the random number table.The basic treatment of the two groups is oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.On this basis,the observation group is given traditional Chinese medicine TAZI therapy for 30 min once a day,while the control group is given compound flurbiprofen gel plaster(produced by Beijing Tade Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,batch number: Chinese medicine ZhunZi H20103549)for external application once a day.The data of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded,and spss17.0 was used for analysis and treatment.Results: Through spss17.0 analysis,based on VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome quantitative score,the effective rate of the observation group after treatment was97.22%,94.44% and 91.67% respectively,and the adverse reaction rate was 0%,The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 75%,77.78% and 77.78% respectively,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.7%.The traditional Chinese medicine TAZI therapy can be obtained to treat KOA(cold and dampness arthralgia syndrome)with high efficiency and safety under the three evaluation standards.The age,sex,VAS score,WOMAC Osteoarthritis index score and TCM syndrome score before treatment were compared between the observation group and the control group.There was no significantdifference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the statistical results showed that the effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.It can be concluded that the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine TAZI therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral group in treating knee arthralgia(knee osteoarthritis)is better than that of the compound flurbiprofen gel plaster combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral group.Conclusion: According to clinical research,traditional Chinese medicine TAZI therapy has obvious curative effect and high safety in treating cold-dampness arthralgia syndrome of KOA(knee osteoarthritis),which can be widely used in clinical practice.
