| Objective:to observe the qi huoxue method combined laser in diabetic retinopathy in the treatment of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) function and regulation of VEGF delay the development of diabetic retinopathy and curative effect of Chinese medicine,and to explore the relationship of laser treatment combined in diabetic retinopathy in effect and the mechanism,diabetic retinopathy and for the prevention and treatment of new ideas and new ways.Methods:In diabetic retinopathyⅣ-Ⅴpatients 29 cases of 50 eye,application of qi huoxue method with retinal photocoagulation,observed before and after treatment level changes and clinical curative effect of VEGF.In diabetic retinopathyⅣ-Ⅴpatients 22 cases of 37 eye,the application of pure,observe ascular endothelial growth factor level changes and clinical curative effect.Through the treatment group and control group compared to the observation of herbal combination laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy was identified.Results:(1) treatment 1 months after treatment group,and significantly lower level of VEGF before treatment with significant difference(P＜0.05).Before the treatment group VEGF level is no significant difference(P＞0.05).(2) a month after treatment with retinal hemorrhage in treatment group and control group(rigid oozy and velveteen exudate of efficient absorption) were 88.0%males.(3) for a month after macular edema in treatment group and control group and the aneurysm were disappeared 60.0%,50.0%.(4) a month after treatment in treatment group and control group,and obviously improve the eyesight before treatment with significant difference(P＜0.05,P＜0.05).(5) two groups of patients after a month glycated hemoglobin significantly reduced,and the comparison with significant difference(P＜0.05).(6) for a month after treatment group and control group overall efficacy of efficient 82.0%is 64.9%, respectively.Conclusion:1.the qi huoxue method combined laser for patients with diabetic retinopathy of VEGF level has identified regulation.Qi huoxue.2 joint laser,simple method of laser treatment,two kinds of treatment of disease has good curative effect.The laser can rapidly improving eyesight,shorten the duration of symptoms,with the laser pulse is born for Yang five for can promote faster absorption of drainage of the retina.Therefore,the laser pulse is born for Yang with five for this may be the most appropriate treatment.3 Yiqi,nourish "Yin", invigorate is the three treatment,nourish "Yin" is,in fact,invigorate the battles for curing is therapies.4 herbal in laser medicine perioperative embodied in the retina can promote faster absorption of drainage,shorten the duration of symptoms,Depending on the cell damage reduction,obviously improved.
