Investigate The Relevance Of Fuzhou Some Post-menopausal Women Before And After The Lipid Levels And TCM Syndrome

Objective:Since post-menopausal women before and after hyperlipidemia is a frequently-occurring disease,this issue through a survey of Fuzhou some blood lipids in postmenopausal women before and after the situation and evidence-based,and explore one of hyperlipidemia in patients with evidence-based relationship,for the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal women before and after differentiation provide the basis for hyperlipidemia.Data and Methods:A questionnaire on the implementation of a single second of Fujian Province People's Hospital for treatment of gynecologic and medical center and a voluntary survey of 363 cases of women to conduct an investigation.Age 40-55 years old,divided intoⅠgroup(40-45 years old),Ⅱgroup(46-50 years old),Ⅲgroup(51-55 years old),according to the availability of post-menopausal symptoms before and after the card is.divided into various groups and evidence-based health group.Investigate the background of content,the disease situation at present,menstrual history,past history,family history,signs,lipid levels,according to information by hand to investigate the dialectical traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.post-menopausal symptoms before and after the incidence of various permits for 65.28 percent:363 cases were collected samples before and after menopause for the 237 cases of various permits.2.evidence from premenopausal and postmenopausal patients with the percentage of card-type:kidney-yin deficiency(29.11%)＞liver depression(27.42%)＞Heart and spleen deficiency(10.54%)＞non-submission of heart and kidney(9.70%)＞Kidney deficiency and Extravassated blood(8.86%)＞kidney yin and yang deficiency,kidney- yang deficiency(both 7.17%).3.lipid levels,hyperlipidemia prevalence rates gradually increased with age.4.the card-type in patients with triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol level was not significant between the comparison(p＞0.05); the patients with total cholesterol level of between groups to do comparison:kidney-yin deficiency with non-submission of heart and kidney,kidney yin and yang deficiency are more significant(p＜0.05),the comparison among other groups is not significant.5.health groups,evidence-based inter-group comparison group total cholesterol, triglyceride,lipoprotein cholesterol level of statistical significance(p＜0.05),high density lipoprotein cholesterol level of no statistical significance(p＞0.05).6.152 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia,the incidence rate of 41.87%.mainly in the kidney-yin deficiency,liver depression,Heart and spleen deficiency,the permit comparison between the lipid levels was not significant.Conclusion: The survey found that some Fuzhou Hyperlipemia postmenopausal women before and after the rise,hyperlipidemia before and after menopause to kidney-yin deficiency,liver stagnation,Heart and spleen Deficiency more,and in the asymptomatic group there are a certain percentage of dyslipidemia,should be attached great importance to early intervention.
