Clinical Observations On The Immediate Effect Of The Acupuncture Treatment Of Arteria Vertebralis Type Of The Cervical Spondylosis By Taichong Point

Objective:The research used the cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales for the assessment tools,to observe the immediate effect of the acupuncture treatment of arteria vertebralis type of the cervical spondylosis by Taichong Point.To study the clinical effect of Selection remote treatment of it.And to provide a few reference for clnical treatment by remote point selection.Method:Choosing 40 cases of the arteria vertebralis type of the cervical spondylosis based on strict diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria.Then according to random number table 40 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups:observer group 20 cases and control group 20 cases,observer group acupuncture Taichong Point only,and control group acupuncture Jiaji Point.Score the degree of vertigo,neck pain and headache,which chosed from the cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales for the assessment tools, when before treatment and after that.Then analyse by statistics method.Result:(1) There was a notable statistical significance on vertebralis,on headache and on genenal condition between before and after treatment in observer group(p＜0.01),but no statistical singnificance difference on neck pain(p＞0.05).(2) There was a notable statistical signigicance on vertebralis,on headache,on neck pain and on genenal condition(p＜0.01)(3) There was a notable statistical signifinance on vertebralis,on headache and on neck pain between observer group and control group,but no statistical singnificance difference(p＞0.05).Conclusion:(1) Acupuncture Taichong Point can distinctly improve the condition of the arteria vertebralis type of the cervical spondylosis.(2) Acupuncture Taichong Point can distinctly relieve the vertigo and headache of the arteria vertebralis type of the cervical spondylosis. (3) Acupuncture Taichong Point can't distinctly relieve the neck pain of the arteria vertebralis type of the cervical spondylosis.(4) Acupuncture Taichong Point and acupuncture by Jingjiaji Point can get the effect for the arteria vertebralis type of the cervical spondylosis both,but acupuncture Taichong Point can get much more effect on vertigo and headache to acupuncture Jingjiaji Point,but short of the neck pain.On the whole,the effect is little difference between acupuncturing Taichong Point and acupuncturing Jiaji Point.
