Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Jiaji Points Less Than Vertigo Vertebrobasilar

Purpose: To observe the curative effect of acupuncture jiaji treatmentVertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo with needling.Material and methods: Using random scale method to assign72cases(inpatientdepartment) of Vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo patients into the twogroup,control group35examples,(in acute phaseand using Vinpocetine20ml,ivdrip,qd，in drug treatment using Flunarizine10mg,po)15d1courses,the treatment group37examples with needling double sides of C1-C6Jiaji,, Baihui, Fengchi,geshu, pishu shenshu acupuncture comprehensivetreatment western medicine same with the control group.Pay attention todaily living nursed back to health, continuous treatment for one week fora course of treatment,interval of one day.Observation of clinical symptomsand signs,continuous treatment two courses to determine the efficacy.Results:1.between the two groups before treatment vertigo the number of episodes,thedegree of vertigo,vertigo duration and TCD blood flow velocity,thedifference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05）。The number ofvertigo treatment group before and after treatment,degree of vertigo,vertigo duration and TCD blood flow velocity,the difference wasstatistically significant (P＜0.05).The number of vertigo control group thedegree of vertigo,vertigo duration and associated symptoms,the differencewas statistically significant (P＜0.05）。2.The treatment group recovery24cases,6cases markedly effective,4casesimproved,3cases healed,the total efficiency of93.02%, control grouprecovery15cases,5cases markedly effective,7cases improved,3caseshealed,the total efficiency of72.41%.The effect of treatment group betterthan the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture double C1-C6jiaji treatment Vertebrobasilarinsufficiency vertigo with needling,reducing the number of episodes,thedegree of vertigo,vertigo duration and improving TCD blood flow velocity,theefficacy significantly better than control group.In the present study findthat the general information of patients with vertigo has no effect onacupuncture treatment.Acupuncture treatment easy to operate,significanteffect,costs of low,Significantly improved patients quality of life andalleviate the symptoms,Acupuncture treatment of vertigo has betterclinical effect.
