ObjectiveThrough the opography research of 16 body tongue and the observation of the location and distribution of arteria lingualis and hypoglossal nerve, our department provided detailed data and anatomical theoretical basis for coblation-channeling for tongue by proportional method.Materials and Methods1.Sorce of the specimen :8 adult body (16 sides),with the maxillofacial region normal development, fixed with formalin (did not differentiate the sex and side). Perfusion red emul to arteria carotis communis ,then sawing breakdown the both of goniozygomatic ascending branch to expose the tongue surface and epiglottic vallecula, and sawing breakdown the inferior maxilla in medias res, then we started dissecting arteria lingualis from the saliens punctum at arteria carotis externa.2.Test methods Through the measurement of topography of lingual, in order to know the courser of arteria lingualis and hypoglossal nerve ,and locate relatively.3.Statistics analysis The measurement data were calculated by measurement of lingual artery and hypoglossal nerve from the midline to the level of the distance and the tongue of the ratio of width and length, then disposaled with SPSS10.0,and did analysis of variance.Experimental ResultsLingual artery and hypoglossal nerve of the trunk around the caecal foramen of the tongue from the tongue surface with the vertical distance does not change its course, about 20mm around. Lingual artery and hypoglossal nerve from the horizontal center line distance and the ratio of the width of the tongue to the tongue after caecal foramen of the tongue 10 mm, caecal foramen of the tongue and blind caecal foramen of the tongue 10 mm, respectively, the former is 0.2692±0.0115,0.2623±0.0027, 0.2334±0.0089,0.2619±0.0102,0.2021±0.0136,0.1925±0.0094.Data analysis of variance were statistically significant differences (P<0.01).ConclusionsFor the the relative safety margin of the coblation-channeling for tongue, using a Simple ratio algorithm is more practical. That is, the horizontal distance from the center line in the tongue 1/3, the edge from 1/3, middle and outer 1/3 of the most dangerous intersection, the surface should not exceed 20mm.
