Objective: To examine nude mice serum levels of IFN-γandTNF-αof.3 groups, to detect killing activity of NKand Mφcell and the suppression rate of tumor in vivo and different tumor cells in vitro , To compare Bacillus Calmette Guerin DNA with Bacillus Calmette Guerin on antitumor of effects and to explore the mechanism of immunityMethods: Bacillus Calmette-Cuerin DNA was extracted and purified from the BCG vaccine , the tumorbearing models of nude mice were established, 24 tumor bearing nude mice were randomly divided into TES,BCG and DNA groups and each group had 8 mice. 15 days after Vaccination A549,The mice in TES group,BCG group and DNA group were injected peritoneally with TES,BCG and DNA solution.Each tumor bearing nude mice was injected 0.3 mL,once every 2 days,a total of 8 times.The serum levels of IFN-γ, and TNF-α. were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and killing activity of NK, Mφcell of three groups tumor bearing nude mice,the suppression rate of tumor in vivo and different tumor cells in vivo were detected.Results:BCG and DNA can suppress the tumor growth,NKMφcell killing activity were enhanced by DNA,and the difference were statistically significant , P <0.05;Bacillus Calmette-Cuerin DNA may adjust nude mice serum levels of IFN-γ,TNF-α., and the difference were statistically significantP<0.05.Conclusions: DNA and the BCG vaccine all have the characteristics of antitumor immune, but antitumor immunity effect of Bacillus Calmette-Cuerin DNA is stronger than of BCG..
