Objective:By comparatively analysing the positive rates of serum sIgE,personal and family allergen history of children with simple bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma combined allergic rhinitis,to Discuss the role of allergy factors and family allergen on the developed process from simple bronchial asthma or allergic rhinitis to bronchial asthma combined allergic rhinitis.By observing the characteristic distribution of the main allergens on bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis of children in Nanchang region,it maybe(can) provide a clinical basis on the prediction and early intervention of the occurrence and development of the diseases. Methods:To randomly select 275 children which is according to the diagnostic criteria of asthma or allergic rhinitis from the first affiliated hospital of nanchang university. Including 78 cases(28.4%) Which is diagnosed as asthma without allergic rhinitis.( simple asthma group);113 cases (41.1%) Which is diagnosed as allergic rhinitis without asthma ( allergic rhinitis group);84 cases(30.5%) Which have bronchial asthma combines an allergic rhinitis (mixture group).65 cases as control group Which have symptoms of common respiratory tract infections. All of cases are questioned and recorded with family and personal allergen history , the level of serum IgE was detected in some of cases by enzyme-linked immuno assay.Results:1.The positive rates of serum sIgE,personal and family allergen history in the rhinitis group, asthma group and mixture group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01);The positive rates of serum sIgE, family allergen history in mixture group were significantly higher than the rhinitis group and the asthma group(P<0.05);The positive rates of personal allergen history in the mixture group were significantly higher than the rhinitis group (P<0.05),but has no significant difference with the asthma group(P>0.05);There was no significantly difference on the positive rates of serum allergen-sIgE, personal and family allergen history between the rhinitis group with the asthma group(P>0.05).There was no significantly deviation in the proportion of inhalation or food allergen types among the rhinitis group, asthma group and mixture group. The sum ratio of dust mites, flour mites, and house dust is 50.3% in the inhalation allergen. And the ratio of milk and the egg albumen, egg yolk are 33.3% and 30.8% in the food allergen.2.There has no significantly difference in food or inhalation allergen among rhinitis group, asthma group and mixture group in 0 to 5-year-old case(sP>0.05).Food allergen positive rate on the asthma group or the mixture group was significantly higher than on the rhinitis group in 5 to 14-year-old cases(P<0.05), there has no significant difference between asthma group and mixture group(P>0.05);The positive rates of inhalation allergen have no significant difference in any groups comparatively(P>0.05).The positive rates of food allergen in 0 to 5-year-old cases was significantly higher than that in 5 to 14-year-old children on the same group(P<0.05),On the contrary, The positive rates of inhalation allergen in 0 to 5-year-old cases was significantly lower than that in 5 to 14-year-old children on the same group((P<0.05).3.The mean positive number on the three factors: serum sIgE, personal and family allergen history of rhinitis group, asthma group and mixture group were significantly higher than normal control group(P<0.01), and which in mixture group was significantly higher than that of rhinitis group or asthma group (P<0.01)),but there was no significant different between rhinitis group and asthma group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Outside allergens, personal and family allergen history were the risk factors of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis, especially of bronchial asthma combined allergic rhinitis.2.Positive serum sIgE, personal and family allergen history increase the risk of occurrence of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma in children, The more positive number of serum allergen-sIgE, personal and family allergen history, the more chance of the development of simple disease towards mixed disease, it showed a high predictive value on incidence and development of the diseases; The children who have family or personal allergen history should be detected the allergen, and the intervention should put into effect to prevent the development of the disease as early as possible.3.Dust mites, flour mites and house dust may be the major inhalation allergen on asthma and allergic rhinitis in children above 5-year-old in nanchang region. And milk, egg albumen ,egg yolk may be the major food allergen in children below 5-year-old. The inhalation allergen has more closer relation with allergic rhinitis.
