| Objective: In this paper, the fatigue model of mice was established, through the supplement of Jujube Polysaccharide (JP), the swimming time, free radical metabolism and sugar metabolism were observed. This aim is to understand the effect of JP on anti-fatigue and enhance athletic ability, to discuss the mechanism of its biological role and mechanism of anti-fatigue, and to provide experimental basis for JP which was supplements or the development and utilization of health care products.Research methods: The experimental animals for the health of male ICR mice, the mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely, a quiet group and the control group, low-dose group, middle dose group and high-dose group. JP was fed to the low-dose group, middle dose group and high-dose group mice, the swimming time of mice measured. The blood lactate analyzer, blood glucose test device and automatic biochemical analyzer, respectively, were used in this experiment, and the blood lactic acid of blood, blood glucose, Creatine kinase (CK), Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), Glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT), Glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT), Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured. The phenol-sulfuric acid methods were used in the determination of glycogen. The kits from Nanjing Jian-cheng company were used in determination of organizations antioxidase indicators and lipid peroxidation products (MDA).The results: 1. Dose (200 mg.kg-1.d-1) of JP can extend the swimming exhaustion time of mice, at the same time, without adverse effects on development of mice. 2. JP can reduce the activity of serum CK, serum LDH in mice, which relations with the protection of JP on skeletal muscle and kidney, skeletal muscle, liver and heart and other organs of mouse. 3. JP may reduce the content of the blood urea nitrogen in swimming mice. 4. JP can increased the content of liver glycogen of the swimming mice; 5. JP may reduce the activity of CAT and the content of MDA, to increase the activity of CAT and GSH-Px in liver and GSH-Px in skeletal muscle, and to decrease increase the content of MDA in skeletal muscle. Conclusion: 1. JP can extend to the exhaustive swimming time of mice, indicating that it has strong anti-fatigue effect. 2. JP the body can improve the ability of the body movement from increase the reserves to slow movement of the occurrence of fatigue; 3. JP can slow down the over-exploitation of the protein; 4. JP may make the activity of antioxidant enzymes of part of organization of mouse occurred in varying degrees of positive change, to reduce free radical generation, to enhance the body's antioxidant capacity to protect normal functioning of cells. |
