Posterior cruciate ligament injury as the result of strong violence, which in all knee ligament injuries accounted for 3% ~ 20% .Biomechanical study to prove, PCL is the knee flexion and extension rotation of the major-class stability in the structure, when the injury vertical joints not only cause instability in the knee joint rotation can also lead to instability, so their clinical treatment is very necessary. In recent years as the experimental study of biomechanics of the progress, we found PCL is consisted of 2 functional primary bundles—the anterolateral bundle and posteromedial bundle Because of these findings, reconstruction of the PCL has focused on the double-bundle. However, there are many sugerons likeBergfeld, etc. who found that double-bundle reconstruction is not shown better efficacy than the single-bundle reconstruction .What' more,double-bundle reconstruction surgery is not only increased the difficulty of post-operative complications rate, but also a waste of medical resources. The efficacy of using a double-bundle versus single-bundle graft for posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction has not been demonstrated. Objective:To evaluate the KT measurements, Lysholm score and Tegner score after double-bundle and single-bundle posterior ligament reconstruction. In terms of investigating the difference of outcome between double-bundle and single-bundle reconstruction, and provide evidence for the surgery method of PCL reconstruction in clinical. Methods:The authors systematically identified randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing single-bundle versus double-bundle PCL reconstruction (secondary analysis includes nonrandomized trials). Outcomes reported in a majority of included trials were meta-analyzed.Conclusion:Double-bundle reconstruction does not result in clinically significant differences In KT measurements, Lysholm score and Tegner score. The single-bundle PCL renconstruction may be a more informed choice.
