| Objective:To develop an animal model of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetic Rats,to regularize and standardize the TCM animal model of type 2 diabetes mellitus,to supply good conditions for new drug discovery.Methods:46 rats were randomly divided into two groups:normal control group(10) and model group(36),Makes feeds after the high fat feed 4 weeks,Again stochastically extracts 12 to make for Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome model group,Other 24 inject the few dosage STZ to assist the fungus usual behavior diabetes to make the mold,Type 2 Diabetic model group according to the blood sugar,the body weight divides into two groups,one is Type 2 Diabetic model,the other is to injected methylpred-nisolone and adrenaline(AD),then build model group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.Results:(1)The clinical manifestations such as spiritual and Physical lassitude,emaciation,tongue with stasis are the standard of model success.(2)Blood-glucoses in group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is higher than that in other three groups. (3) There is significant different in Ratios of heart weight(HW)to body weight(BW) between group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and that in other three groups.There is also significent different in Electrocardiograms Outcome between group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and that in other three groups.(4) Indexes of hemorrheology in group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is higher than that in other three groups.(5)There is different in the score values of state and flow between group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and that in other three groups.There is not di-fferent in the score values of the blood vessel around between group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and that in other three groups.(6) Gross saponins from tribulus terrestris(GSTT) and Triglyceride(TG) level in group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is higher than that in other three groups.While high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC) level in group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is lower than that in other three groups.(7) More greater changes in myocardium were observed in group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus than in other three groups with optical.(8) More greater changes in aorta were observ -ed in group of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus than in other three groups with optical.Conclusion:The combination of the traditional diabetes mellitus animal model with pathogenesis is available.This animal model combined disease with syndrome can be used as the modification drug. |
