We analyzed the weather datas of 12 years in Changsha,sumed up the weather characteristics of Changsha also combined with Changsha's air temperature,atmospheric water,humidity in 2006,which related climate. Also,we studied the relativity between Changsha weather and the five-entrail- theory, and carried on a foundation research of the dangerous factors in five viscera disease in Changsha.Material and method:This article used the Hunan Province meteorological observatory Changsha ground station from 1994 to 2005 the temperature,the barometric pressure,the precipitation,thehumidity, the wind detailed material,conducted the climatic study using the climate appraisal method.The epidemiology investigation material originates in from January,2006 Hunan Chinese medicine university second affiliated hospital all internal medicinedepartments is hospitalized to December,2006 case of illnessinvestigation,carries on the statistical analysis using theconstitution ratio method.Result:The Changsha area climate characteristic is the whole year humidity bigger,summer temperature high,the winter temperature is lower.In 2006 the meteorological element material analysis indicated that, its characteristic and all previous years statistics result basically tallies, the epidemiology diagnosis result indicated,the five internal organs disease arises in the situation in 12 month-long,the worry and the pulmonary tuberculosis have extremely dominance thesignificance,but each month five internal organs disease arises allhas extremely dominance the significance,obviously climate seasonalinfluence.The conclusion:High or low temperature and high humidity comparatively greatly causes the dangerous factor which the worry arises;Wet is climate of cause the splenopathy,The lung,the liver,the kidney arise the dangerous factor waits for further studies.
