| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of a methods of Jianpiheweihuoxuehuayu with APC therapy on the treatment of verrucosa gastritis (VG).Methods:50 cases of verrucosa gastritis were randomly divided into two groups.25 cases in treatment group were treated by a method of Jianpiheweihuoxuehuayu with APC therapy, and 25 cases in control group were treated by Losec with APC therapy.With a treatment course of four weeks in both groups, the therapeutic effect was analyzed by observation of symptom score,improvement,the eliminate rate of HP and the changes of gastroscopy and histopathology.Results: (1) The total effective rate in treatment group (92.00%) was higher than that in control group(68.00%,P<0.05).(2) After treatment the symptom score reduced 8.44±3.44 to 2.16±1.31 in treatment group.Treatment group to improve the VG symptoms had a significant effect. (P<0.01)(3)The symptom score was obviously lower in treatment group(2.16±1.31)compared to which of control group (3.24±1.76,P<0.05) .(4) After treatment the recovery rate of gastroscopy and histopathology in treatment group(88%) was higher than that in control group (64%,P<0.05) .And the total effective rate of gastroscopy and histopathology in treatment group (96%) had no significant difference (84.00%,P>0.05) .(5) The eliminate rate of HP in treatment group (80.95%) had no significant difference (90.00%,P>0.05) .Conclusion: The clinical effect of a methods of Jianpiheweihuoxuehuayu on the treatment of verrucosa gastritis is superior to Losec with APC therapy. A methods of Jianpiheweihuoxuehuayu with APC therapy could improve the symptoms of VG,obviously improve symptoms,promote mucosal repair and Effectively eliminate HP.Improve clinical efficacy... |
