Objective:observe the efficacy of traditional chinese medical treatment of Verrucosa gastritis, discuss the expression of the serum Pepsinogen (PG) in Verrucosa gastritis. By observing the changes in serum Prostaglandin E2(PGE2), research the possible mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:45patients were selected by electronic gastroscope diagnosed Verrucosa gastritis, TCM dialectical as stagnation of Qi and stagnated heat syndrome. And there were23cases of stagnation Qi,22cases of stagnated heat syndrome. Give major bupleurum soup and even the simple decoction treatment respectively. The treatment took8weeks.Observe the changes in clinical symptoms before and after treatment. At the same time, took venous blood samples.Using chemiluminescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbend assay (ELISA) and Determination of concentration of Serum Pepsinogen(PGI andPGII) and Prostaglandin E2(PGE2) before and after treatment. All data were expressde by mean±standard deviation, analyzed by SPSS16.0Statistics software,P<0.05with statistical significance.Results:(1) TCM symptom score:after treatment, the TCM symptom total score of patients is lower than before. The total score difference before and after treatment P<0.05with statistical significance.(2) TCM treatment:23cases of stagnation of Qi patients after treatment, clinical recovery was0, obvious effective1case, accounting for4.35%, effective20cases, accounting for86.96%, invalid for2cases, accounting for8.70%, the total effective21cases, accounting for91.30%.(3) Serum pepsinogen:Before treatment,23cases with Stagnation of Qi patients with pepsinogen I (PG I) and pepsinogen II (PG II)compared after treatment, difference no statistically significant (P>0.05).(4) Serum prostaglandin E2(PGE2):Serum prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in23cases with stagnation of Qi patients before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Serum prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in22cases of stagnant heat of patients before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Verrucosa gastritis. Serum pepsinogen expression in Verrucosa gastritis is not obvious. There is no significant change before and after traditional chinese medical treatment; Chinese medicine can increase the level of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in serum,so as to protect and repair the gastric mucosa, have the effect of clinical treatment.
