With the development of social economy,the matter is providing plentiful,the people's life style and structure of food and drink are changing,so DM become one of the most disease which serious threaten the people's health,which morbility has the increase every year.DM is a internal hormonemue metabolism disorder disease which etiological factor is very multiplicity, which basic physio or pathology is insulin absoluteness or relative property secrete shortage,andβ-cell degrades sensibility to insulin,which leads to the sugar,protein,water and dielectric are metabolism disorded. The worse is acid base metabolism disorded.The feature is hyperglycaemia,carbohydraturia,dextrose tolerance degraded and insulin delivered abnormality.If cure is not in time or insuitable,there will be implate some heavy complication,DR is the most common complication in DM.Isoflavone is a native composition which can degrade blood glucose,it's mechanism of action:remaining theβ-cell's activity, abaissement theβ-cell death; interference the small intestine absorbing sugar,degrade or retrocession the blood sugar of behind meal; insulin-like effective, facilitate the periph-tissue absorbing the sugar, adjusted glycometabolism;through insist-oxygeniz,attendance the stabilization of living being,protecting pancreata, accommodate enzyme delivery and activity which has the relationship with the mechanism of sugar. astragalus polysaccharides has the effect of adjust the blood sugar,protect the heart and ren, preclude the DM,there has some study and research in The influence of Astragalus Polysaccharides and soy isoflavones to DM in and boarding,but the index is unity,esp the dosage.So we use APS high dose,low dose APS and SI interfere on glucose metabolism in diabetic rats.We use STZ-induced diabetic model , to observe blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,glucose,TC,TG,LDL,VLDL,GPT,GOT and the pathological change of eyeball,which can impove the study of Astragalus Polysaccharides and soy isoflavones to DM.Healthy 60 rats were randomly divided into five groups,with 12 in each group,half male and half female,single cage rearing,free potable water and takes in food ,intraperitoneal injection of STZ-induced diabetic model building,using ordinary feed and APS high dose,low dose APS and SI interfere eight weeks,to determine the blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,glucose and lipid levels.APS high dose,low dose and APS diabetic rats fed SI to eight weeks,blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin,glucose,TC,TG,LDL,VLDL high blood glucose was significantly lower than the model group (P <0.05),significantly higher than HDL glucose group (P <0.05).Our research can certificate the Astragalus Polysaccharides and soy isoflavones has some action on degrading the animal's metabolism of glucolipide,and APS high dose's effect on degrading the blood sugar is beter than low dose,which has great impacting on enhancementing the metabolism of glucolipide and the preservation to DM.
