ObjectiveIn order to explore the effects of intravenous butorphanol for postoperative Analgesia.Methods60 patients undergoing cholecystectomy,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ,were recruited and divided into 2 groups:morphine group(group M,n=30) butorphanol group(group B,n=30), PICA lasted for 48 hours.Peripheral venous blood was drawn before induction and at 0,1,3,24 h after operation.Serum levels ofβ-EP were measured with radioimmunoassay.ResultsThere was no significant statistical significance among the two groups in VAS and the serum levels ofβ-EP(P>0.05).ConclusionThe results suggest that morphine, butorphanol could inhibit stress response and analgesia effectively,be suitable than for PCIA.
