Patients taking NP chemotherapy were evaluated two periods after the treatment, then the correlation of the sensitivity to chemotherapy and polymorphisms was analysed.Results1. Patients with the XRCC1 codon 194 C/T+T/T polymorphisms were 2.038 times more sensitive to the treatment than patients with C/C genotype(P=0.036 ,95%CI=1.044-3.976).2. There was no significant difference for the effective rate to chemotherapy of XRCC1 codon 399G/A polymorhism.3.The effective rate to chemotherapy of the T-A haplotype significantly increased than other haplotype groups(P=0.031) while that of the C-A haplotype significantly decreased than others(P=0.035) using SHEsis analysis software. Conclusion1 .The sensitive for NP chemotherapy in the NSCLC patients who carries XRCC1 194 CT and TT genotypes increased significantly than that of CC genotype.2.XRCC1 codon 194 and codon399 polymorphisms possess clinic application to predict the sensitivity to NP chemotherapy in NSCLC patients. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | X-ray repair cross complementing 1 XRCC1, polymorphism, lung cancer, cancer, non-small cell, NP chemotherapy method, chemotherapy sensitivity | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
