Screening Active Section Of Saxifraga In Baoxing, Sichuan Province And Preliminary Study On Pharmacodynamics

Object:Explore the exploitation and application In the field of Veterinary Medicine of Saxifraga of Sichuan Bao-xing.Screen the active section of Saxifraga and appreciate the chemical components of it.Investigate the therapeutical effect of the active section of Saxifraga on the acute lung injury caused by paraquat.Method:Extract of Saxifraga been extracted by Petroleum Benzene,Acetic Ether,N-butanol by turns.We get four extractives include mother liquid.Make an Appreciation to these four extractives systematically by means of tube-test.Screen the active site from them by compare the activity of bacteriostasis on five bacterium dissociated form veterinary clinical,the inhibition on swelling of ear induced by dimethyl benzene in mice,granuloma caused by pacingagar in mice and tussis caused by ammoniae aqua in mice.Determine the MIC of the active section of Saxifraga by method of serial dilution doubling.Investigate the therapeutical effect of the active section of Saxifraga on the acute lung injury caused by,paraquat.Results:(1) The chemical fraction of Saxifraga extracted by Acetic Ether is the active fraction of Saxifraga,this fraction contain Flavonoids,Coumarins,Anthraquinone,may contain Phenols.(2)The active fraction of Saxifraga in dimensional of 100mg/mL had well activity of bacteriostasis to five bacterium dissociated form veterinary clinical(The diameter of bacteriostasis circle is 10.91mm～15.40mm).The MIC of the active fraction of Saxifraga is 3.125mg/mL to Pastometer and Riemerella Anatipestifer,6.25mg/mL to Colibacillus,12.5mg/mL to Salmonella and Staphylococcal. (3)The active fraction of Saxifraga administered daily to mice at the dosages of 6g/kg·d,the active chronic inflammation of mice was inhibited very significantly,the delitescence of tussis was significantly,extended and the times of tussis in two minutes.The active fraction of Saxifraga administered daily to mice at the dosages of 10g/kg·d,can very significantly cut down The W/D and the content of MDA of lungs,lighten the edema and injury of lungs,heighten the vigor of SOD of lungs on acute lung injury of mice caused by parquat.Conclusion:The active fraction of Saxifraga is the extractive of Saxifraga extracted by Acetic Ether,contain majority chemical components of Saxifraga.And the cative fraction of Saxifraga was effective for bacteriostasis and anti inflammation,had definitely therapeutic effect on acute lung injury of mice caused by parquat.The active fraction of Saxifraga is valuable to be developed as antiseptic and the drug used to cure the disease of respiratory system.
