| ObjectivesTo evaluate the accuracy and clinical value of three dimensional CT reconstruction the measurement on intracranial simulant hematoma volume,and compared to with the traditional intracranial hematoma volume measurements.The aim is to measure intracranial hematoma volume more quickly and accurately.MethodsWith a rectangular container filled with the mixture of water and Contrast agent that CT value is 20-30HU simulates brain tissue,The mixture of the contrast agent and water was packaged in a plastic container and stirring made it uniformity.Make use of CT scanning and to confirm the analog intracranial hematoma CT value is 50-70HU.The analog intracranial hematoma is divided into ten teams of 5ml,10ml, 15ml,20ml,25ml,30ml,35ml,40ml,45ml,50ml by volume.Each team is accepted ten times CT scanning.Making sure to change the plastic container form before CT scanning every time so that the simulant of the hematoma is irregular shape and each time is different form.Then using three-dimensional CT reconstruction method and the traditional method of Tada-per-scan measuered the analog intracranial hematoma volume ten times and compared the two groups of data with matching t test. then divide the interval which have statistical difference into 5 groups.Make sure that each gruoup have 1M1 difference,using the same method of scanning,measurement and statistical analysis.Results There is no statistical difference on both sides of the measuring method when the simulant hematoma volume in 5ml and 10ml.When the simulant hematoma volume>15ml,two sets of data between two methods have statistics difference.Along with the volume of the simulant hematoma increasing,the measurment gap is enhenced between the two ways.But the valume measured by the three-dimensional CT reconstruction method is closer to the actual value of the simulant hematoma.From the statistics can be drawn:With the increase of simulation hematoma,two methods of error are increasing,but the three-dimensional CT reconstruction error is relatively small;two methods of measuring the size and the actual size of simulation hematoma is linear Related,The correlation coefficient of three-dimensional reconstruction CT measurement is r = 0.997,and The correlation coefficient of Tada Measurement is r = 0.995.Therefore,the two methods can accurately measure the simulant incranial hemotoma volume,but the correlation coefficient of CT three-dimensional reconstruction is closer to 1,so it is more accurateConclusionsThe three-dimensional CT reconstruction measurement is a more accurate measurement of stimulant intracranial hematoma volume and three-dimensional CT reconstruction method measure intracranial hematoma volume very rapidly.The three-dimensional CT reconstruction measurement of hematoma volume is satisfied with clinical emergency and is worth using in clinical.Clinical characteristics of the actual hematoma is very similar to the simulation hematoma,so the method should be attempt to be used in clinical cerebral hemorrhage volume mearsurement. |
