| Objective: To investigate into the relationship between the different uighur abnormal hilit syndrome of acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH) and brain CT. To evaluate the relativity between the different uighur abnormal hilit syndrome and the volume and location of acute cerebral hemorrhage. At the same time, an analysis of correlation was made to establish the objective diagnosis to the different uighur abnormal hilit syndrome, with a view to the Xinjiang Uygur Differential Treatment Clinical Medical objective of the benefits. Methods:1. Results: 1)The sex and race have not a relation with uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACH patients 2) The age was respectively and significantly different among uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACH patients . 3) the scores of nervous impairment were respectively and significantly different among uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACH patients (P<0.05). 4) The hemorrhagic volume was respectively and significantly different among uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACH patients (P<0.05). 5) The location of the hemorrhage,the median structure and the ventricle have not a relation with uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACH patients. The occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage sites were the basal ganglia, cerebral lobes, thalamus, brain stem, cerebellum, Meeting basic data reported in the literature. Conclusion: the scores of clinical nervous impairment, brains CT signs and indicators,hemorrhagic volume have a certain relationship among the severity of uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACH patients.
