Objective: To establish a stable rat model of renal transplantation for the studying of rejection in organ transplantation,And to explore the advantages and disadvantages of two types surgical procedure.Methods:80 SD rats divided into two groups.In group A(donor and receptor each 20) , renal artery and vein used the end-to-end anastomosis, ureter with partial bladder wall anastomosed to receptor bladder;In group B, donor abdominal artery which connected renal artery and renal vein were anastomosed in the way of end-to-side to receptor. By analyzing the two groups of rats post-transplant mortality, operative time, and the incidence of complications to deduce a stable and reliable way to set up an animal model.and understanding the impaction in renal artery and vein anstomosis of rats transplantion.Results:Group A of 20 transplanted rats survived an average time of 21.4d, the average operation time is 121.05±15.02min,the common postoperative complications are renal vascular stenosis and thrombosis, anastomotic bleeding, ureteral necrosis. Group B of 20 rats survived an average time of 24.4d, the average operative time is 127.7±11.98min, the most common postoperative complications are the lower body paralysis, renal vascular thrombosis, anastomotic bleeding, urinary fistula or ureteral stricture, necrosis, etc. There is no significant difference in the postoperative ortality rate of the time period and the average operation time between group A and B(P<0.05), Group A of artery anastomosis time was longer than Group B (P>0.05), while the venous anastomosis time is less than Group B (P>0.05), ureter with partial bladder flap match time is no significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rat renal orthotopic transplantion in the way of renal artery and vein end-to-end anastomosis can establish a stable and reliable animal model,it has the advantages of fewer complications,faster healing,but has equal successful rate.And the renal vein anastomosis was significantly shorter time in use of prereserve line when donor nephrectomy was reserved.
