The Clinical Study Of Xuebijing Injection On Fistula Combined Sepsis Adjuvant Therapy

Objective To investigate the related changes in patients of enterocutaneou fistuld combining sepsis,including body temperature,inflammatory factors,Symptom score,the mortality and so on.We want to discuss xuebijing injection in adjuvant treatment of sepsis fistula merging fever,reducing inflammation and the degree of improvement in critical condition.Methods I divided 30 cases of patients of enterocutaneou fistuld combining sepsis into two groups:experimental group and control group,each group have 15 cases,in Fuzhou general hospital from April 2007 to January 2009.Beside conventional western medicine (reference to sepsis treatment guidelines instituted by SSC in 2003),the experimental group intravenously uses xuebijing injection,which usage is 100ml iv gtt,50ml/h,2 order/day, continuous 7days observational period.I comparatively analyzed the related index.Of the two groups patients,including APACHEⅡscore,the Points of TCM Syndrome,to determine efficacy of TCM syndrome,body temperature,blood leukocyte count,neutrophil percentage, serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-a,the turnover of 28 days,then conducted all data through using statistical software SPSS 11.5 treatment.Results After 7 days,the related index all the patients with APACHEⅡscore,the points of TCM syndrome,body temperature,blood leukocyte count,neutrophil percentage, serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-a level,was lower then pre-treatment,which were significant differences(p＜0.05).Moreover,the meditative situation of experimental group to the APACHEⅡscore,the points of TCM Syndrome,the efficacy of TCM syndrome,body temperature,blood leukocyte count,neutrophil percentage,serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-a levels and the 28-days vesting case of patients with excellent in the control group,Inter-group difference was statistically significant(p＜0.05),but the mortality rate in patients with no significant difference and statistical significance(p＞0.05).Conclusion Injection xuebijing have a significant antipyretic effect an fistula combined with sepsis about adjuvant therapy of patients.Moreover,it can regulate peripheral blood leukocytes,neutrophil levels,can reduce inflammatory factors in septic IL-6,TNF-a levels,and improve the inflammatory response in sepstic patients,It can improve APACHEⅡscore,the points of TCM Syndrome,the efficacy of TCM Syndrome,sepsis patients to improve the severity of the disease must have the role of adjuvant therapy for early treatment to win the valuable time,which mechanism may be related to reduce the inflammatory response.But it fails to reduce the mortality rate in the patients.
