| This dissertation is constituted of three parts. The first part provides an overview of the major research for A.omeiensis. The second part is about extraction and separation of chemical components. Seven compounds were isolated from leaves of A.omeiensis and the structure of five compounds were identified. The third part quantified active ingredient aucubin and compared aucubin of different partial to establish firm foundament for further developing and utilizing of A.omeiensis.The first part is a review of the research progress of the plant of A.omeiensis, which included the background and the main contents of the study. The second part is about the chemical constituents of A.omeiensis. seven compounds were isolated from leaves of A.omeiensis and the structure of five compounds were identified through 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT modern spectroscopy methods and combining with literature reports, they are hexadecanoic acid, 2α-hydroxyursolic acid, ursolic acid, quercetin, aucubin. The third part established the method for determinating the content of aucubin: chromatographic column: SymmetryshieldTMRP18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm), mobile phase: MeOH-H2O(12:88), detection wavelength: 203nm, flow rate: 0.8mL·min-1, column temperature: 25℃and determinated the content of aucubin in the leaves barks fruits and branchs of A.omeiensis with the method. The content of aucubin in the leaves barks fruits and branchs of A.omeiensis were 3.82%, 1.51%, 9.60%, 0.07% . The content of aucubin in the fruits and leaves of A.omeiensis was higher, the fruits and leaves should be used as a medicine. |
