Object:1.To evaluate the effects of hypothermia after HIBD.2. To study the Innuence of Mild Hypothermia on the brain water content and Activity of Caspase-3 after Hypoxia-Ischemia brain damage in neonatal Rats,and the best temperature.Methods:eighty newborn Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into sham operation groups, normothermia HIBD group (HIBD )and mild hypothermia HIBD group(mild hypothermia group).In HIBD group, the left carotid of rats was ligated and animals were exposed to 8% oxygen for 2h,and in mild hypothermia group, hypothermia of 31℃, 34℃lasting for 72h hours was used just after HIBD. Using methods to mensurate the water content of the brain and the number of the caspase-3 masculine cells.Results:1. Compared with shame-operated group, the brain water content among 31℃-treated group, 34℃-treated group and normothermia HIBD group was much higher(P<0.05); Compared with normothermia HIBD group, there was statistical difference among 31℃-treated group and 34℃-treated group(P<0.05), 31℃-treated group was significantly.2.Compared with shame-operated group, the expression of caspase-3 among group normothermia HIBD group, 31℃-treated group and 34℃-treated group was much more(P<0.05), Compared with normothermia HIBD group, there was statistical difference among 31℃-treated group and 34℃-treated group(P<0.05), 31℃-treated group was significantly.Conclusion:1.Mild hypothermia can decrease the brain water content and the activity level of caspase-3 HIBD。 2.the effective of 31℃mild hypothermia is the best。...
