Objective:It was to observe the expression and clinical significances of AnnexinI and EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR) in tissue of different cervical variations and its correlation. Methods:The expression levels of AnnexinI and EGFR of 13 patients with cervicitis,17 patients with CIN(cervical intraepithelial neoplasias),42 patients with cervical carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical method,The data was analyzed with SPSS13.0 software package for non-parametric analysis(Kruskal-Wallis H test,Mann-Whitney U test,Spearman rank correlation analysis). Results:The positive expression rate of Annexin I was 84.6%(11/13)in cervicitis,47.1%(8/17)in CIN,19.5%(8/42)in cervical carcinoma respectivdy, there existed significant difference in three groups(p<0.05),The expression of Annexin I was correlated with clinical stage, tissue type, differential degree, lymph nodes metastasis, but there was no closely related to ages, the diameter of lump; The positive expression rate of EGFR was 23.1%(3/13)in cervicitis, 76.5%(13/17)in CIN,81%(34/42) in cervical carcinoma respectivdy, there existed significant difference in three groups(p<0.05);The expression of EGFR was correlated with clinical stage, differential degree, lymph nodes metastasis, but there was no closely related to ages, tissue type, the diameter of lump; The expression of AnnexinI was negative correlated with EGFR in different cervical variations (r=-0.688,p=0.000),and have statistical sense.Conclusion:1.The expression of AnnexinI in cervicitis,CIN and cervical carcinoma is decreased by degrees, and is correlated with the clinical stage, differentiation, invasion and metastasis, and is likely to be an index of assisted diagnosis in cervical carcinogenesis.2.The expression of EGFR in cervicitis,CIN and cervical carcinoma is increased by degrees, and is correlated with the clinical stage, differentiation, invasion and metastasis, and is likely to promote the occurrence and development of cervical carcinogenesis.3.The expression of AnnexinI is negative correlated with EGFR in different cervical variations and reminded the two factor have a functional antagonist in the development of cervical carcinoma.
