Objective:To detect the expression level of14-3-3ε and Annexin Al protein in gastric cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and lymph node tissue, explore its distribution in gastric cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and lymph node tissue, and analysis of both the whether the correlation between gastric cancer and their relationship between clinicopathological parameters. Provide the basis for the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods:70patients with gastric cancer during2005to2013in Xiangya Hospital inpatient surgery for the study. The Streptavidin Perosidase (SP) was applied to test expressions of14-3-3ε and Annexin A1in70gastric cancer tissues,30para-carcinoma tissues,30metastatic cervical lymph node tissues, and the correlation between pathological parameters and gastric cancers were counted and analyzed.Results:①14-3-3ε protein in gastric carcinoma and lymph node adjacent metastasis and cancerous tissues, the positive expression rates were87.1%,76.7%and10.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);②Annexin Al protein in gastric carcinoma, lymph node metastasis tissue and adjacent tissues, the positive expression rates were 12.9%,0%and70.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05)③14-3-3ε protein expression correlated with the lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation, tumor location, TNM stage, tumor depth of invasion, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); but regardless of age, gender, tumor size, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);④Annexin Al protein expression correlated with the lymph node metastasis, differentiation degree, TNM stage, tumor depth of invasion, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); but regardless of age, sex, tumor location, tumor size, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).⑤correlation analysis showed that the expression of Annexin A1protein and14-3-3ε protein in gastric carcinoma was no correlation (r=0.148, P>0.05).Conclusion:114-3-3ε protein high expression in gastric cancer, lymph node metastases, in the low expression of adjacent tissues, suggesting that14-3-3ε protein expression is an important marker for gastric cancer.2Annexin A1protein is low expression in gastric cancer and lymph node metastasis tissue, high expression in adjacent tissues, suggesting that Annexin A1protein downregulation correlated with the development of gastric cancer.314-3-3ε protein、Annexin A1protein correlated with the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, invasion depth, regardless of gender, age, tumor size; prompt detection of both help to assess the degree of malignancy of gastric cancer and prognosis.4In gastric, the expression of14-3-3ε protein and Annexin A1protein has no correlation.
