| Objective To develop the "questionnaire on the status of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing",and investigate the status of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in Changsha by this questionnaire,so we can explore the influence of the status for orthopedic rehabilitation nursing,and provide scientific evidence for orthopedic rehabilitation nursing as well.Methods 1.Through structured interviews,the Delphi letter with the law,pre-survey researched "the status of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing" which had good reliability,content validity and construct validity.2.Using home made "questionnaire on the status of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing" and purposive stratified sampling method chose 300-500 clinical nurses from 30 hospitals in Changsha.Using descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,correspondence analysis,homogeneity, and etc.statistical method analyzed the status of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in Changsha.Results 1.Preliminary designed "questionnaire on the status of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing" based on the literature review,clinical practice and some training materials.2.The investigation results showed that this questionnaire Cronbach' a coefficient was 0.916,Equal-length Spearman-Brown reliability coefficients was 0.856.Guttman Split-half reliability coefficient of was 0.855.Retest reliability all entries Kappa＞0.7,ICC＞0.8.Experts assessed the questionnaire CVI index for the average was 0.9235.All entry and its constituent part of the total score correlation coefficient＞0.5.Factor analysis showed all entry have good fitting.3.In this survey of status for orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in Changsha,359 questionnaires were callback,effective rate was 93.73%. The survey showed the approach for Orthopedic rehabilitation nursing access to knowledge is the accumulation of clinical experience,seminars, training.The scores for relation of nurses and doctors cooperation in rehabilitation process was 18.21±4.35,The process of rehabilitation nursing care co-operation was generally poor,mostly nurses were mechanical implemented the orders.The scores of nurses rehabilitation attitude was 43.65±3.61,rehabilitation nursing knowledge score 57.34±15.32.It showed a poorer grasp of knowledge,especially basical rehabilitation knowledge.Although orthopedic rehabilitation nurses were in the right attitude,but they lack of knowledge.Orthopedic rehabilitation nursing care activities scored 83.25±24.57,the frequency of nursing activities on the low side as a whole.The survey also shows that departments activities did not pay attention to the organizations.4.Factors analysis showed that:relation for nurses and doctors cooperation was related to the titles of nurses,work experience,and that has nothing to do with the academic qualifications of nurses.And relation for orthopedic rehabilitation,relation for nursing care attitude of nurses and relation for orthopedic rehabilitation nursing care knowledge was related to the academic qualifications,titles and work experience.Conclusion 1."Questionnaire on the status of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing" could represent the theme,and had relevance of the theme,a good ability to reflect the conceptual framework, time-stability surveyed reliability.2.Orthopedic rehabilitation care in Changsha City showed the low side activities on overall frequency,nurses failed to give full play to its rehabilitation training functions.3.Nursing qualifications,job title,length of service care and rehabilitation nursing education can affect rehabilitation orthopedics status in Changsha City,as well as social environmental factors,such as rehabilitation legislation,health-care system,hospital work. 4.To promote nurse to learn orthopedic rehabilitation nursing care, establish and improve the rehabilitation curative care system,guide nurses to join the clinical care and rehabilitation with a positive attitude, are the three main ways to improve the Changsha City orthopedic rehabilitation care status. |
