Analying The Cardiovascular Function Of Children With Congenital Heart Disease Accepting Interventional Treatment By Pulse-Wave Technique

ObjectiveThis clinical study was aimed to the blood dynamics characters and clinicalsignificence of cardiac parameters of congenital heart disease(CHD) children withinterventional treatment diseases including patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), atrialseptal defects (ASD), ventricular septal defects (VSD), pulmonary stenosis (PS),withpulse-wave technique and then test the use of the cardiovascular functiaon system.MethodsFrom June to December in 2008,20 PDA, 18ASD, 15 VSD, 14 PS were treated byinterventional therapy in pediatrics of Shandong Provincial Hospital (SDPH). All ofthe cases were recruited in the study.Before and after different treatments, following parameters were compared with thesystem:SV,SI,CO,CI,FEK,SWI,VPE,MSP,MDP,MAP,CCP,PAP,PAWP,PAR. The results were analyzed with SPSS 3.0 software.Results14 parameters including SV,SI,CO,CI,CCP,FEK,PP,MAP,MDP,MSP andso on, are found to have obvious changes between datas of before and after thetreatments.(P＞0.05).ASD: SV,SI,CO,CI,SWI,MSP,MDP,MAP,FEK,PAR; VSD: SV,SI,CO,CI,VPE,PAR; PDA: SV,SI,CO,CI,SWI,MSP,FEK,PAP;PS:SV,SI,CO,CI,PAR,PAP.ConclusionsThe HK Heart Function Test System is a useful new method to test thcardiacparameters CHD children and evaluate prognosis and searches after .Compared to other test method ,it is convenient and easy to master and also can be used in more circumstances.
