| Objective: Through the research about dissertation of asthma of ShangHanLun and bypast doctor, and combining with my tutor's clinical experience, we consider that cold climate and cold excessive fluid is the inducement.lung yang sprit owns empty ,the defection of pi yang and shen yang is the reason why disease outbreak repeated.The main method not only need warm yang but also dispel cold excessive fluid.Using fuzi reasonable is the key means. Methods: Case selected a total of 58 cases, including 27 cases of males and 31 females, with an age of the 21-year-old -64 years old, with an average of 44. 2±11.1 years; covered by the cases that had been diagnosed as cold asthma.Group the patients at random by different tcm treatment. Study group which contents 30 patients is given warming yang and relieving asthma Decoction. Normal group which contents 28 patients is given xiaoqinglong tang.Means of taking:Drink 200ml twice each day,use herb residue foam feet 20 min each night.Check pulmonary function, eosinophil and IgE before and afer the treatment.Check safety index before treatment,1 month,3month and 6month after treatment.Results: In the clinical study, clinic symptoms of patients got better.The targets of study group got better than norm group. The pulmonary function and IgE of study groups were significantly better than norm group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference of eosinophil between the two groups. (P>0.05).Conclusion: Through clinic research,we find warming yang and relieve asthma tang can effectively relieving asthma, reducing spasticity,it can also improve the function of airway,and reduce the hypersensitive. it also provide the clinic evidence about the warming yang and relieving asthma Decoction.The study indicated that warming yang and relieve asthma tang had better effect for the treatment of patients with cold asthma.it did not show any side effect.so warming yang and relieving asthma tang is effect new and safe oral drug in treating bronchoasthma... |
