Abstract/Summary:
Objective: The thesis aims to probe into the airway remodeling mechanism of warming yang and resolving fluid retention foumula to treat syndrome of cold fluid accumulation in lung of bronchial asthma rats based on the nuclear transcription factors — kappa B predominate(nuclear factor kappa B predominate, NF-κB) pathway. Methods: Methods of ovalbumin sensitization, refrigeration, raising in ice water, swimming in warm water are employed to make a rat model of bronchial asthma with syndrome of cold-fluid accumulation in lung. Then, 1,25(OH)2D3, Xiaoqinglong Decoction, formula of warming yang and resolving rluid retention, and Liujunzi Decoction are adopted in experiment respectively to observe the test index. Results: The rat model is successfully made because the behaviors of rats of experiment group are consistant with clinical manifestations of asthma with syndrome of cold-fluid accumulation in lung, which is also confirmed by micro index. The four above mentioned formulas can improve the syndrome, among which formula of warming yang and resolving rluid retention is the most effective in terms of efficacy. Conclusion: The airway remodeling mechanism of syndrome of cold fluid accumulation in lung of bronchial asthma is closedly related to NF-κB, which can be treated effectively by warming yang and resolving rluid retention formula. This shows that the efficacy of the fumula lies in the fact that it regulates the gene expression of NF-κB signaling pathways of lung tissues, and that it improves pulmonary ventilation function. This also indicates that the functions of waring lung yang, resolving cold-fluid and improves pulmonary ventilation are related to the gene expression of NF-κB signaling pathways of lung tissues.
