The Theory And Clinic Research On Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo Method Treat Chronic Renal Failure

Through theoretical research, and explore Yishen Jianpi Xiezhuo treatment of the theoretical basis for chronic renal failure, the use of the law of prescription, and clinical observation combined with Yishen Jianpi Xiezhuo in patients with chronic renal failure on clinical symptoms, signs and test indicators the impact of the treatment of chronic renal failure to investigate its possible mechanism, further study for clinical treatment of chronic renal failure to provide an objective basis.Selected standards in line with the chronic renal failure patients with 43 cases of chronic renal failure, according to the order of treatment is divided into 22 cases of treatment group and 21 cases of the control group. Treatment groups: treatment based on conventional Western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine plus Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo Law medicine experience to oral; the control group: conventional treatment. The Course of treatment is 14 days and observe 2 course continuously. Before and after experiment, we assayed the patient's Scr, Ccr, RBC, Hb and blood ,Ca, P, K, recorded the change of patient's clinical symptoms and signs.Results: (1) In the treatment group,the effect of clinical symptoms were better than control group (P<0.05). (2)The treatment group is superior to control group at renal function, decreasing Scr. Its effect was better than control group (P<0.05) . (3)The both groups had no influence on blood Ca/P/K.Through clinical observation, we found that the use of Yishen Jianpi Xiezhuo Law the treatment of chronic renal failure to a certain extent, improve the clinical symptoms, lower Scr and other indicators of progress slow down the deterioration of renal function, no significant side effects, clinical application of high value, low cost.
