Objective: To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture in combination with rehabilitation in relieving the acute cerebral infarction by Foot scan force sensor, which as well as ,has a positive impact on resumption of hemiplegic gait.Method: In total of 67 patients of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was given acupuncture with rehabilitation training, while the control group was treated by rehabilitation training only. Patients of the two groups were both given the support conventional symptomatic treatment of neurology. Both before and after the course of treatment, the plantar pressure measurements were carried out, and take the FMA of lower limbs. Comparing and analysis the results of the two groups after treatments. Results: After treaments, the FMA scores improved. And compared between the two groups, difference was significant (P<0.01). Comparing the plantar pressure between the two groups, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The result of the treatment group is better than control group. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can improve the function of balance, and then speed up the restore function in patients with walking, catching the high quality of life of patients.
