The Effect Of Danshen Tablets On Coronary Stents Of Patients With Long-Term Prognosis

Objective:To discuss whether Danshen Tablets could improve the long-term prognosis of patients underwent coronary stent, further explore the constituent ratio of TCM syndrome type,to make preliminary estimates for the prognosis of the patients underwent stent and provide important clinical data for the future development.Methods: Divided the patients with coronary heart disease a year after stenting in traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Jiangsu Province into two groups, one is experimental group and the other is control group.The patients in experimental were added Danshen Tablets for six months on the basis of standard western medicine, and followed-up the clinical end point.In accordance with "clinical research guiding principles of new Chinise herbs" (People's Republic of China Ministry of Health, National Drug management formulate in 2002) Patients were devided into eight types: cariac blood stasis, qi-stagnancy and blood stasis, qi-deficiency and blood stasis, stagnation of phlegm in heart meridian, deficiency of both qi and yin, yin deficiency of both heart and kidney, deficiency of yang qi. The constitute of ratio was recorded and statistic.Results: 80 patients were divided into two groups randomly, control group and treatment group, the cases of sex,age,the associated risk factors,the severity of risk factors,the severity of coronary heart disease and the different norms of Western medicinewere record and statisticated, there were nostatistically significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).Index of endpoint events,such as the ratio of re-obstruction after operation, operation of PCI,CABG surgery, hospitalization rates of cardiac disease,post-operative stroke,had no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).However, the Index of incidence of heart failure, cardiac function, angina grade, and other indicators of efficacy had significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). 2, To correlation Chinese medicine card of the patient who took CAG one years ago.we found four common Chinese medicine cards the lacking in vital energy blood stasis card,the stagnancy and biood stasis cards,the phlegm anti- heart arteries card ,the painstaking care stasis anti- card.And the most largest percent was the painstaking care stasis anti- card;The four common Chinese medicine cards were mainly cards in patient now. But the distribusion of cards had the significance difference. And the most largest percent card was the lacking in vital energy blood stasis card. But there was no significant statistical difference (P> 0.05); the cases of LVEF and LVDD before and post-operation had significant statistical difference (P <0.05); LVE/A had no significant statistical difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion:1,Long-term administration of Danshen Tablets can reduce the incidence of total cardiovascular events of coronary heart disease patients with one year drug stents.2, long-term administration of Danshen Tablets can improve cardiac function, alleviate angina attack. 3, long-term administration of Danshen Tablets can improve the patient'overall symptoms. 4, Although the distribution of syndrome type before and one year after coronary stenting has changed, but there is no statistically significant. 5, The cardiac function of patients has been significantly improved one year after stenting drugs. 6, Strengthening the standard western treatment of coronary heart disease after stenting, can improve the cardiac function of patients.
