ObjectiveTo investigate the phosphorylation of eIF4E-binding protein (p-4ebp1) andγ-tubulin in ovarian tumors, and analysis of p-4ebp1 andγ-tubulin and the relationship between pathological data of tumors and the relevance of the two protein, to explore the role of them in the development of EOC.Methodsthe initial surgical treatment of pathologically confirmed from January 2000 to January 2008 in Tai'an Central Hospital, epithelial ovarian cancer specimens of 50 cases(According to pathological grade is divided into 14 cases of poorly differentiated carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma in 14 cases,22 cases of well-differentiated carcinoma),benign epithelial tumor tissue of 40 cases, epithelial tumor tissue at the junction of 40 cases, 30 cases of normal ovarian tissue. The immunohistochemical streptavidin-biotin - peroxidase tumors,40 cases of borderline epithelial ovarian tumors, 50 cases of ovarian cancer and 30 benign ovarian tissue in the p-4ebp1 andγ-tubulin expression and inter-group comparison and correlation analysis. The results1.The positive expression rate ofγ-tubulin in normal ovarian tissue, benign epithelial ovarian tumors , borderline ovarian epithelial tumors , low-grade epithelial ovarian cancer and high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer was 36.67%, 62.50%, 75.00%,86.00%.2 . The expression ofγ-tubulin is weak in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumor, borderline ovarian tumors and ovarian cancer significantly enhance the expression,γ-tubuli in borderline ovarian tumors than in benign ovarian tumors, and this experimentγ-tubuli in ovarian cancer and borderline tumors was no significant difference. 3γ-tubulin in ovarian cancer with strong expression, and in different pathological grades of ovarian cancer in the same level of expression of failure, the difference was statistically significant.γ-tubulin in the poorly differentiated ovarian carcinoma is higher than in the differentiation of ovarian cancer and well-differentiated ovarian cancer, and in the differentiation of ovarian cancer and high expression in ovarian cancer the difference was not statistically significant.4.The positive expression rate of p-4ebp1 in normal ovarian tissue, benign epithelial ovarian tumors, borderline ovarian epithelial tumors, low-grade epithelial ovarian cancer and high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer was 33.33%, 65.00%, 75.00% , 90.00%.5.The expression of p-4ebp1 is weak in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumor, borderline ovarian tumors and ovarian carcinoma have a trend of gradually.6. A high-expression of p-4ebp1 in ovarian cancer and differentiation of poorly differentiated ovarian cancer is higher than the rate of positive expression of well-differentiated ovarian cancer, and in different pathological grades of ovarian cancer in the level of p-4ebp1 incomplete expression of the same, the differences were significance.7. The expression of P-4ebp1 in normal ovarian tissue, benign epithelial ovarian tumors, borderline ovarian epithelial tumors, epithelial ovarian cancer have a positive correlation between the expression ofγ-tubulin in each group (respectively C = 0.616, P = 0.000; C = 0.643, P = 0.000; C = 0.514, P = 0.000; C=0.637,P=0.000)Conclusions and significance1. The expression of p-4ebp1 andγ-tubulin is closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer, expected to be of epithelial ovarian cancer early diagnosis and monitoring of biological indicators of disease.2. The joint detection of P-4ebp1 ofγ-tubulin have certain reference value to malignancy of the tumor analysis and the choice of treatment.3 p-4ebp1 andγ-tubulin note the relevance of the evolution of ovarian cancer cell proliferation is also accompanied by splitting some of the features of protein synthesis increased, both in the evolution of ovarian cancer may be kept...
