The Study Of Evaluated System Of Clinical Competence Evaluation Of Standardized Residents Training

Objeetives:The evaluated guideline system of standardized residents training is very important in strengthening residents training,evaluating the quality of standardized residents training.At present,there is not a serial of full,s eientifie,standardized guide line system of standardized residents training in the whole nation regardless of our Provinee,the aim of this studyis to offer Praetieal evaluable guidelines for establishing this system.The main study courses are as follows:Reference to the Ministry of Health on the relevant provisions of the standardized training residents and existing provisions of residency training in Yunnan Province,based on our experience,through the modified Delphi method we established a set of quantitative evaluating system to juge if the residents achieve the training goal and to evaluate the quality and effect of training. According to the oretie analysis,the Primary 5 categories and 11 variables were set up. Evaluat the results of clinical skills assessment with weight accounting for Evaluating Training.Results:27 experts were surveyed by Delphi method.They are work on Hospital management,Clinical Medicine and Medical Technology Department.The experts are all associate professors and professors.During two rounds of consultation experts were unchanged.In our study availability feed baek ratio is 100%,the expert authority coefficient is 0.86,the positive coefficient is 100%.According to the weight we get a sorting order,primary index:case assessment＞clinical skills＞accessory test＞case history＞physicianpatient communication;Category Weight:cardio-pulmonary resuscitation＞clinical thinking＞case records＞image reading＞centesis＞electrocardiogram reading＞history taking＞physical examination＞dressing technique.Highlights of this study is to increase the physicianpatient communication and clinical assessment of thinking to examine.Both of the test results show that the training of residents in our hospital is in good effect.Conclusion:It is effective to use Delphi method to establish the clinical competence evaluation system.We find the problem and put forward ideas for improving the future standardized residents training vir Analysis of the assessment results.We obtained some important reference for future.
