A Research Of Countermeasures To Improve The Quality Of Resident Standardization Training In Dalian

The important initiatives of standardized residents training in cultivating qualified clinician is a necessary way of improving the medical and health service system,which deepens the reform of the medical and health system, isn't only the key link of medical education standardized and normalized construction, but also the inevitable requirement for speeding up Healthy China Construction. The quality of Resident standardized training directly concerns professional level of medical and health personnel. For resident standardized training since 2011, the training base scale has been continuously expanding, and the number of trainees has been increasing every year. In this case, how to guarantee the quality of standardized residents training, to continue to develop high-quality medical and health talents become increasingly important. By the investigation of current situation in Dalian standardized residents training, the paper find out the existing problems in the implementation process, then try to explore the scientific and effective improvement measures and offer suggestions for the Dalian Medical and health talent team construction.This paper based on new public management theory and expectancy theory, aimed to design a program to improve the quality of Dalian standardized residents training and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for Dalian standardized resident training combined with present situation. This paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, a detailed elaboration of the paper research background, significance and research status at home and abroad, as well as the research ideas. Secondly, introduction of Dalian standardized residents training status. Interviews with multi-level personnel, including health and Family Planning Commission staff, training base management and professional training teachers. Design and issue questionnaires, and conduct a sample survey in the standardized residents training students. According to the results of interview and questionnaire, summarize and analyze problems of Dalian standardized residents training. We sent out 243 questionnaires. The number of effective copies is 237.Thirdly, according to the new public management and expectancy theory, refers to the domestic and foreign residents training system, design a program to improve the quality of Dalian standardized residents training and conduct feasibility verification. Finally, I combined with the reality of Dalian, and improve the incentive and guarantee mechanism, optimizing performance appraisal, improve teachers teaching quality four was put forward to improve Dalian municipal hospital standardized resident training quality of countermeasures and suggestions, including innovative implementation of administrative entrustment management mode, scientific and reasonable training system, pay attention to the training of policy advocacy and learning, increasing financial investment, the innovation incentives, linked to the assessment content and comprehensive ability of students, evaluation criteria and standardize the doctor requires to adapt, to improve teacher training system, strengthening the supervision of teaching.
