Objective:Aim to preserve the operative time, blood loss and postoperative recovery of bladder function between nerve spairing radical hysterectomy and radical hysterectomy.Materials and Method:Search literature about nerve spairing radical hysterectomy and radical hysterectomy from Pubmed and China Hownet (Chinese National Knowledge Ifrastructure, CNKI).Divide all clinical information into two groups:experimental group NSRH surgery, the control group treated with RH.Choose Review Mananger 5 as the statistical method.Result:1. There are 6 documents on operative time. Total 6 documents a total of 299 cases were selected, of which a total of 158 cases NSRH group, RH group in 141 cases. Patients in each group of age, body mass index, clinical stage, histological type and histological grade were not statistically different aspects. The operative time of NSRH is longer than RH.2. There are 5 documents on blood loss during operations. Total 5 documents 279 cases selected, NSRH group 148 cases, RH group in 131 cases. And no significant difference between the two kind of surgery.3. There are 5 documents on bladder function. Total 4 documents a total of 269 cases selected, NSRH group, a total of 140 cases, RH group in 129 cases. Recovery of bladder function of NSRH is better than RH.Conclusion: 1. Nerve-spring radical hysterectomy with radical hysterectomy required longer operation time, blood loss was no significant difference between the two.2. Nerve-spring radical hysterectomy on bladder function recovery of patients will have positive implications.
